A study by the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center established a strong link between a child’s success in early elementary school and the quality of the childcare that they received.
It stated “high quality child care is an important element in having children ready to learn when they come to elementary school. Children who attended higher quality child care centers scored higher on measures of both cognitive and social skills”.

Little Tikes Academy is privately owned and family operated children’s learning center, providing care and education for children 6 weeks to 12 years.
